Every project begins with a thorough inspection intended to identify any potential sources of water intrusion and/or mold growth.  

All samples will be analyzed by a licensed laboratory and will identify species and, depending on the sample type, spore counts.

If mold growth is identified, The Mold Guy, LLC will provide you with a detailed remediation protocol with step by step instructions for what work needs to be performed in order to remediate. It is recommended that all work be performed by a licensed Mold Remediation Contractor (MRC).
